The restaurant had a clean, colorful look. The pops of orange through out were really nice. The color pallet was perfect.

When I walked in, I was greeted and handed a menu to begin looking over the pizza options. I was walked through the process of ordering.  I decided to build my own pizza.

The kitchen was wide opened which allowed me to see my food being prepared right in front of you.

First things first, choose your sauce. The options to choose from was the classic red sauce, spicy red sauce and the white cream sauce, which was like an alfredo sauce. I chose the white cream sauce.

There was a wide variety of fresh ingredients. The next step was to choose your toppings. My choices were the shredded mozzarella cheese, salami, chicken, spinach red onions and jalapeños.

Each pizza was 11″, the dough was made from scratch, creating a light-as-air, crisp crust.

Then sent to a blazing hot open-flame oven.

The oven was the centerpiece of the restaurant. The pizza smiths ensure that the thin pies are fast-fire’d and ready to eat in 180 seconds.

My pizza was really good. My choices worked well together. The pizza was cooked and crisp to perfection.

My only complaint is that I wasn’t offered any finishes. The menu showed a few options, but I wasn’t offered the option of adding finishes. I know that they are still training so I won’t hold it against the workers.

To drink, I decided to try the Blood Orange Lemonade. I am such a fruity girl, so this was right up my alley. The Blood Orange Lemonade was delicious. So yummy.

The half pizza boxes was a cool idea. I like that the boxes are on a station away from the serving area. This way you don’t have to worry about bothering someone for the box to go.

In addition to Pizza, there are also Salads that are prepackaged daily. Perfect for on the go. There were a few options to choose from, Tomato, Basil and Ovalini, Classic Caesar, Beet and Goat cheese, plus a few others.

For Dessert, the S’mores Pie. The S’mores pie was killer good. The pie was heated for a few seconds in the fire oven. Yummy..

The Wall Mural was awesome. “MAKE SOME NOISE”, I loved the mural. Our area is known for music, so the musician with the accordion fit the area well.

The VIP attendees were given goodie bags. The bags included some cool gifts.

In the back of the Restaurant, there is a ring of fire. Follow Blaze Pizza on Instagram, Facebook or Twitter for a spin.

The staff and crew at Blaze Pizza was incredible. They serviced the lines quickly, answered questions and knew how to have a little fun in the process.

Blaze Pizza’s Grand Opening is on Friday, March 25th. To celebrate, Blaze will offer free build your own pizzas to anyone who follows Blaze on Instagram, Twitter, Facebook or Snapchat. On Saturday, during the free pizza day celebration, guest will enjoy giveaways and musical entertainment.

Overall I enjoyed my time at Blaze Pizza. The food was good. Excellent service and a fun environment. Blaze Pizza will become a common place for many especially since it is located in the new shopping center and near the Movie theater.
