Eggcellence Cafe invited me along with some other bloggers to an event to try out the new location on Westheimer.

I arrived and immediately noticed the balloons. The place was ready for the Grand Opening in a few days.

The kitchen was sending the dishes out and we began doing what we do as bloggers/influencers taking photos, videos and boomerang.

Before shooting the food, I took some time to look around the restaurant. As a blogger, I love to see the vibe of the restaurant, the flow and setup of how things work.

I immediately noticed the fancy chairs with a smaller table options. Which is really cool also. There was a variety of table/seating options. I absolutely love this idea.

The white sofas were my favorite.

In addition to indoor dining there was also some outdoor seating.

As a brunch spot, I love that they have a juice bar.

There was also a display area where you can visually see what the dish will look like prior to ordering. Which is a great idea, because sometimes you read a description and wonder what it will look like.

Once I was done exploring, I headed to the area where the dishes were beautifully presented.

Pictured above is the Huevos Rancheros. Two corn tortillas, two fresh farm cage-free sunny side up eggs, topped with house made picante salsa, feta cheese and cilantro. Served with hash browns or fried potatoes.
