My first dish I created was a Fried Chicken skewer with the Sweet Hot Sauce. Oh my word. This hot sauce was superb on the Fried Chicken. Really yummy.

The Plum BBQ sauce was intriguing. I eventually decided to do a Monterey Chicken. This Chicken with the Plum Sauce, cheese, bacon and tomatoes was dynamite. So good.

In addition to the Sauces mentioned, Gurman also has the Burning Hot Sauce. I created an egg, rice and bacon dish and drizzled some of the hot sauce on the rice. Pretty good.
