Making healthier choices is becoming easy.  I am loving creating new smoothies and dishes for my family.  I started adding Protein to my diet which has really helped increase my energy level.  Peanut butter is a good source of protein and heart healthy as well.

I recently created this Peanut Butter Smoothie.  The smoothie was so good and easy to make.

Only a few simple ingredients.

  • Milk
  • Peanut Butter
  • Honey
  • Almonds
  • Banana
  • Ice

Peanut Butter Smoothie 

  1. Add all ingredients to the blender except the ice.
  2. Blend together till completely blended. If your blender has the smoothie option choose that and just let it go.
  3. When almost done, add some ice.
  4. Serve and Enjoy!!
