Growing up both of my parents worked there were some nights that no one had time to cook. We would sometimes have those Salisbury Steak TV Dinners. It was like a hot meal without having to cook.
I recreated this dish for my kids today. This meal was a simple, quick, easy, inexpensive meal and it took less than 30 minutes to prepare for lunch today.

I’m not sure if your kids are anything like mine

I’m not sure if your kids are anything like mine but my kids are always hungry. During the summer I am like a short order cook in the kitchen 🤣😂.
One thing that my kids absolutely love is Pizza 🍕. Taught this easy Stuffed Crust Pizza to my daughter that I made with cheesy breadsticks. So easy.
I baked the cheese sticks half of the cooking time and then added the toppings. Baked the remainder of the time according to the package and I added additional time to make sure the cheese was melted enough on the inside. So yummy. Finish with Italian seasoning.

Recently, I celebrated my birthday in Newport, CA at Fashion Island. Fashion Island offers a world-class retail experience that epitomizes the Newport Beach style.
There are many premium/high-end boutiques like Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Kendra Scott, Neiman Marcus, Rolex and much more.
Filled with lots of beautiful green spaces and places to enjoy with the family.
This place also has many dining options to choose from.
I was impressed also with the different luxury car boutiques to explore the new upcoming vehicles.
A special thank you to my teenager daughter for finding this spot. She did good and she knows her mom well 😂😂. We had a blast.

Typically I prepare my ribs on the grill. But I do like Ribs in the oven. This is such an easy way to prepare Ribs.
1. I Seasoned the ribs with my favorite spice blend @slapyamama & @mccormickspice
2. Add chicken stock and water.
3. Add a little browning mix. @tonychacheres
4. Cover with aluminum foil.
5. Bake at 350 for 3 hours.
6. Remove the aluminum foil when there is about 30 minutes remaining.
7. Baste with the gravy before serving.

Our daughter loves watching and playing basketball 🏀. While we were in California we had a chance to take her to see a WNBA game with the Los Angeles Sparks. Wow what An awesome experience for her.
She was also blessed with the opportunity to watch the teams practice before the game during their early entry event.

The new Voodoo Doughnut in Cypress, TX has officially opened. My kids have been bugging me to go pick up some doughnuts. I was in the area so I stopped in to pick up a few.
We first tried Voodoo Doughnuts in Orlando, Florida and my kids have not forgotten how yummy they are!!
