Yogurt is an ingredient that can be for dessert or breakfast.  You can enjoy a nice treat without the guilt of calories.  I created a Coconut Yogurt & Fruit Bowl.  A very simple dish and easy treat without the guilt.

I love that the Ketose Sweetener is all-natural.  Allowing you to enjoy this treat without all the added calories, carbs or blood sugar spikes.

This dish was created from just a few simple ingredients.

The listed ingredients above will create a beautiful dessert bowl. The hardest part of this recipe is cracking the coconut open. The best way to open the coconut is with a knife. Once the coconut is open. Place the coconut water aside.

  1. The Coconuts will serve as the bowl for the yogurt.
  2. Add the Yogurt. I used a container and a half of the plain individual size yogurt in each coconut.
  3. Next add 1 tsp of Steviva.
  4. Add sliced strawberries to the back of the coconut.
  5. Blueberries to the right of the coconut.
  6. Chia seeds to the left.
  7. Raspberries.
  8. Pecans.
  9. Then drizzle a little of the Steviva on the top for a finished look and a little more flavor. So good.
