During the week it’s a constant challenge for me to make myself eat breakfast. I’ve always been this way. I don’t eat breakfast often during the week so smoothies are my go to during weekday mornings.
Last week I created a new Smoothie that I absolutely love. A Lemon Blueberry Smoothie. Only a few simple ingredients for this delicious and creamy smoothie. Not to mention it’s healthy.
