During the week it’s a constant challenge for me to make myself eat breakfast. I’ve always been this way.  I don’t eat breakfast often during the week so smoothies are my go to during weekday mornings.

Last week I created a new Smoothie that I absolutely love.  A Lemon Blueberry Smoothie.  Only a few simple ingredients for this delicious and creamy smoothie.  Not to mention it’s healthy.


  • Fresh Blueberries
  • Oui by Yoplait Lemon Yogurt
  • Milk
  • Black Chia Seeds
  • Ice 
  • Banana

Not a breakfast eater, but need to put something in your stomach. This smoothie is the perfect choice. Super easy to do.
Recipe Notes


  1. Add all of the ingredients (except the ice) to the blender.  Choose the Smoothie option.  When the smoothie ingredients are completely blended.
  2. Add Ice.
  3. Serve immediately.
