French Quarter Restaurant is a Cajun Seafood restaurant that specializes in Louisiana Cajun and Creole dishes.

As I prepared dinner for my kids last night, I mad

As I prepared dinner for my kids last night, I made it with extra love. My heartaches because some parents will never be able to make dinner for their kids again thanks to a senseless act of violence in Uvalde, TX. So sad 😞.

I’m hugging my kids a little tighter. My heart hurts for the parents and families that this has affected. My prayer yesterday and through the night was that Jesus will help us. Our world needs help and healing. Praying for all those who are in charge and making decisions. This is such a senseless act.

One of the scriptures that I read this morning is “Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light”(Matthew 11:28-30 NIV).

My thoughts and prayers are with Uvalde, Texas. My heart hurts for them. 🙏🏽🙏🏽
