Some days you just need a RECHARGE!
Being a blogger/influencer is a hard job. Many people look at what we do and say aww that’s easy to do. Yes people have actually said that.

It’s more work than you think in addition to juggling life, home, family.

There are a lot of details that goes into blogging/influencing. From blog post, designs for each shot or content, web Designs, social media post, recipe development and so much more.

I’ve learned that Rest and relaxation and time to RECHARGE is critical for the success of my business.

My favorite Football Team is done for the season but that doesn’t mean I won’t be watching the Super Bowl. 🏈

Our football menu is almost complete but one thing I know will be on the menu is this delicious Fried Shrimp po-boy tossed in my Spicy sauce. I made my own spicy sauce with El Yucateco Hot sauce.

El Yucateco Hot Sauce comes in a few different flavors. I used the Caribbean Chile Habanero made with the perfect blend of yellow habanero peppers and fresh carrots, high source of Vitamin A & Beta Carotene. The sweet taste and mild heat makes it very flavorful.

The Spicy Shrimp Poboy was delicious.

Sitting over here just thinking about 2020. 2020 has been filled with some lows for many of us but also some highs!
I’m so thankful for both the highs and lows. The highs encourage you to reach for more and be thankful. The lows also teaches you to be thankful for the good times. While showing you that you are stronger than you think.
There is a saying that you can’t appreciate the sunshine without the rain. Now that I am older I totally understand why my mom would say that.
Life doesn’t always go as we plan, but it’s important to know how to go with the flow and trust God in the moments we find ourselves lost and possibly confused. Through those moments His strength is revealed in and through us.
This photo was taken in May after I had just met via zoom with a major network about a future opportunity. But due to the pandemic that opportunity was halted. But I didn’t get discouraged why? Because it let me know that I am on the right path and in God’s time everything will happen. I end the New Year hopeful, motivated, thankful, encouraged, a little fearful because of uncertainty but I trust the one that holds it all, Jesus. He is in control and everything will unfold according to His plan.
I want to say thank you to all of you that follow my journey. Those who encourage me and thank me for sharing my content. Those who try my recipes and inbox me about it. Thanks to all who read my blog, watch my videos and like my post. I am excited to bring new and fresh content to you all. Those who are just there to watch. Thank you too. I hope you find some inspiration here! 😂
