It’s been awhile since I’ve shared a Fish Fry Friday post. Fried fish is something we eat often. It’s been a long time since we’ve cooked Fish on a Friday. We were craving Fried Fish during the week so we whipped up these quick Fish Tacos.

Loaded Baked potatoes are one of my favorite meals. It’s my go to lazy meal 😂😂. It doesn’t require much besides the meat option, a few toppings and baking the potato. This time is was super easy to do. The beef tri-tip from JustMeats was yummy on this Loaded Beef baked potato. The beef tri-tip was seasoned, juicy and smoky flavor like it was smoked on our Traeger outside.

Planning my meals for my crew. Quite a few 🏀games this week so quick and easy meals are what’s on the menu.
Sliders are a great way to feed your family quickly on week days. This easy grilled chicken slider was a hit with my crew. Served with the limited edition Lay’s CHEETOS flavored chips. Really yummy.

The cool front is here in Houston. For some reason Cool fronts put me in the mood for baking. Now I’m not much of a baker at all. But honestly I’ve never really attempted to make many baking items from scratch. I just never had the interest.
Fun fact my husband is the baker in the family.

Banana nut bread is one of my favorite items. I heard that Pillsbury had a NEW Banana nut loaf and all you had to do was add it to the pan and bake it. I finally got my hands on some and couldn’t wait to Try it. I made it for my breakfast one morning with milk and it was yummy.
This is a great option for the holidays when you are serving a house full of people.
If you’re on the hunt be sure to check Walmart.

I used my loaf pan which I usually use for meatloaf. I love that you can remove the insert. Really cool and easy to use. @pillsbury

Switching things up this Fashion Friday!
Our daughter attended her Freshmen Homecoming last weekend. Shopping with her for the perfect dress was fun, enjoyable but required patience. My teen is very particular about what she wears and she typically knows exactly what she wants.
After a few days of no luck at our normal go to stores for Formal wear we decided to check out a new place Windsor Store. My daughter found them online. So we found one of their locations close to us.
She fell in love with this Marcy Glitter Bow Mini Party Dress. It was so cute and adorable on. I absolutely loved her look. Special thank you to the staff at Windsor they were amazing. Her look from head to toe is all from Windsor.
She had a blast dancing and singing the night away with her friends! @windsorstore

My mom was in town for the week last week. We were shopping at Katy Mills Mall and grabbed lunch at Rainforest Cafe.

It’s been a few years since I’ve eaten at Rainforest Cafe.
Rainforest Cafe has some new menu items that we tried:

* Rainforest Ricky Mix of apple, pineapple, orange, strawberry, grapefruit juices over ice.
* Awesome appetizer adventure Chimi-Cha-Chas, Spinach & Artichoke Dip, Cheese Sticks, Chicken Strip the pineapple curry dipping sauce was superb.
* BBQ Platter, BBQ chicken leg quarter, half rack of St. Louis style pork spareribs, bourbon glaze, green apple coleslaw, Safari fries. A great choice and a huge portion.
* Pork Osso Buco Marinated, slow-cooked pork shank, on a bed of mashed potatoes, savory gravy, roasted carrots, onions, celery. The Osso Buco was so tender!

I love getting my kids involved when I’m preparing meals or planning my menus.
I was talking with them about this dish that I wanted to create. My Crispy Chicken bowl is a play off of the popular KFC Famous chicken bowl.

My crew and I stopped in at Quench It! Quench It!

My crew and I stopped in at Quench It! Quench It! is a soda shop that opened a few weeks ago.
It was a crazy week and we ended the week with a yummy treat from Quench It before heading home to relax for the weekend.

Quench It has a variety of drink options, snacks and treats.

The spot itself isn’t really big but there is a drive thru as well. I think being in Cypress they should have planned for a bigger shop for people who may want to dine in. But that’s just my opinion.

Here’s what we tried:

* Our son had the Pretzel bites with nacho cheese. Good afternoon snack.
* He also had the Quench-A-Saurus. Made with root beer, vanilla, whipped cream and topped with dinosaur gummies.
* Lemon cookie was superb. Cookies were from half baked cookie company! I need to make a visit to half baked! So good!
* Our teen had the Mint frozen hot chocolate. Delicious!
* My hubby had the Melted S’mores blended drink. Yummy goodness!
* I had the coconut mist which was made with water, coconut, strawberry purée, strawberries and coconut cream. @quenchitsoda
