I do love making my own Pop-tarts. I recently created a new one that I tested on my family. My Lemon Blueberry Pop-tart. Instead of my normal Puff Pastry for the Poptarts, I used the Wick’s World class Pie crust. Wick’s Pie crust are not just for pies, but for pop-tarts.
On any given week you will find me preparing some sort of Cajun dish. Today’s Cajun, Louisiana inspired dish is my Shrimp Etouffee Pie. I tested this Pie on my family and they gave me a thumbs up.
