Over the next few weeks I will be wrapping up on some of our travels we have enjoyed over the last few months. We love to travel as a family. It sometimes takes me a little longer to get the content out because of other obligations. But I try to make sure it’s worth the wait. Pier Park is located in Panama City Beach Florida. It’s a great Place to Shop, Play and Dine. We spent a whole day in this area. Located only a few minutes from our condo and the beach. It’s a great place to visit for Spring Break or Summer vacation. Growing up both of my parents worked there were so Growing up both of my parents worked there were some nights that no one had time to cook. We would sometimes have those Salisbury Steak TV Dinners. It was like a hot meal without having to cook. I recreated this dish for my kids today. This meal was a simple, quick, easy, inexpensive meal and it took less than 30 minutes to prepare for lunch today. I’m not sure if your kids are anything like mine I’m not sure if your kids are anything like mine but my kids are always hungry. During the summer I am like a short order cook in the kitchen 🤣😂. One thing that my kids absolutely love is Pizza 🍕. Taught this easy Stuffed Crust Pizza to my daughter that I made with cheesy breadsticks. So easy. I baked the cheese sticks half of the cooking time and then added the toppings. Baked the remainder of the time according to the package and I added additional time to make sure the cheese was melted enough on the inside. So yummy. Recently, I celebrated my birthday in Newport, CA Recently, I celebrated my birthday in Newport, CA at Fashion Island. Fashion Island offers a world-class retail experience that epitomizes the Newport Beach style. There are many premium/high-end boutiques like Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Kendra Scott, Neiman Marcus, Rolex and much more. Filled with lots of beautiful green spaces and places to enjoy with the family. This place also has many dining options to choose from. I was impressed also with the different luxury car boutiques to explore the new upcoming vehicles. Typically I prepare my ribs on the grill. But I do Typically I prepare my ribs on the grill. But I do like Ribs in the oven. This is such an easy way to prepare Ribs. 1. I Seasoned the ribs with my favorite spice blend @slapyamama & @mccormickspice 2. Add chicken stock and water. 3. Add a little browning mix. @tonychacheres 4. Cover with aluminum foil. 5. Bake at 350 for 3 hours. 6. Remove the aluminum foil when there is about 30 minutes remaining. 7.
