Mushrooms & Eggs Toast

Toast is an easy breakfast option. But this is not your traditional toast for breakfast. But with a spin, in honor of Meatless Monday, Mushrooms & Eggs Toast. Yum!

Ingredients
  

  • 4 - 6 slices Sara Lee Brioche Bread
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 pint Sliced White Mushrooms
  • 1/3 Onions Julienne
  • Green onions Garnish
  • Shaved Parmesan Cheese Generous amount
  • Morton Salt Season to taste
  • 1 - 3 dashes Balsamic Vinegar
  • Parsley Garnish
  • Slap Ya Mama Season to taste
  • Olive Oil

I am not a big breakfast eater, but toast is one thing I don't mind eating. Today's recipe is a meatless version, Mushrooms & Eggs Toast.
Ingredients:
  • Sara Lee Brioche Bread
  • Eggs
  • Sliced White Mushrooms
  • Onions
  • Green Onions
  • Shaved Parmesan Cheese
  • Salt
  • Balsamic Vinegar
  • Parsley
  • Slap ya mama
  • Olive Oil
Directions:
  1. Heat Olive Oil in a skillet. Saute the onions and mushrooms in a skillet until cooked. About 4 - 5 minutes.
  2. Season with a little salt.
  3. Add a few dashes of Balsamic Vinegar. Stir. Cook a few more minutes.
  4. Top with Parsley. Remove from the Heat. Set aside.
  5. Scramble the eggs.
  6. Season Eggs with Slap Ya Mama.
  7. Cook the eggs in a skillet. Set aside.
  8. Toast your bread.
  9. Build your toast.
  10. Toast then Top with mushrooms and onions, eggs, shaved parmesan and green onions.
  11. Enjoy.
