3 -4 LBS Chicken Wings
Seasoning of Choice
8TBSP Unsalted Butter
1Tsp Garlic Powder
1/2cup Soy Sauce
1/2 Cup KetoseSweet Sugar
1/2 Cup KetiseSweet Liquid Sugar
LimeJuice of a Lime
LemonJuice of a Lemon
1/2 stick Unsalted Butter
3 tbsp Bob Mill Gluten Free Flour
Hand-Full CilantroChopped
Sliced Fresh JalapeñosThinly Sliced Jalapeños

DirectionsPreheat the Oven to 400 degrees.Season the chicken with your spices of choice. I use my own spice blend which is totally a secret. But could be coming to a cookbook near you one day.Grate ginger. Set aside.Slice lemon and lime in 4. Set aside.Place the chicken in a baking pan.Spray the chicken with the Pam Olive Oil. Add the lemon and lime slices.Bake for 15 minutes.While the chicken is baking.In a sauce pan, add 8 tbsp of unsalted butter, the juice of a lemon and a lime, ginger, Soy Sauce, KetoseSweet Sugar, KetoseSweet Liquid Sugar and garlic powder. Cook on low and stir occasionally.After baking for 15 minutes. Broil the chicken for 2 minutes in the oven.Remove from the oven an set aside.If the sauce is not thick enough, mix together 4 tbsp of unsalted butter and 3 tbsp of gluten free flour to make a blonde mix roux. Add to the sauce to thicken the wing sauce. Mix for 1 - 2 minutes on low.Remove from heat.Toss wings in the sauce.Layer the plate with lettuce of choice. Top with the chicken wings.Garnish the wings with sliced jalapeños and fresh cilantro.
