The listed ingredients above will create a beautiful dessert bowl. The hardest part of this recipe is cracking the coconut open. The best way to open the coconut is with a knife. Once the coconut is open. Place the coconut water aside.
The Coconuts will serve as the bowl for the yogurt.
Add the Yogurt. I used a container and a half of the plain individual size yogurt in each coconut.
Next add 1 tsp of Steviva.
Add sliced strawberries to the back of the coconut.
Blueberries to the right of the coconut.
Chia seeds to the left.
Raspberries.
Pecans.
Then drizzle a little of the Steviva on the top for a finished look and a little more flavor. So good.
