Beef Shaved Steak Tacos, a simple and easy way to feed your family. One of the quickest tacos I've ever prepared.

Ingredients
  

  • Soft & Fluffy Flour Tacos
  • Cilantro Cotija Dressing
  • Chopped Cilantro
  • Pico de Gallo
  • Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • Julienne Purple onions
  • Julienne Red Bell Peppers
  • Julienne Green Bell Peppers
  • olive oil
  • Slap Ya Mama or Seasoning of Choice Season to taste
  • Shredded Lettuce with Carrots and Purple Cabbage

Beef Shaved Steak Tacos
Ingredients: 
  • Soft & Fluffy Flour Tacos
  • Cilantro Cotija Dressing
  • Chopped Cilantro
  • Pico de Gallo
  • Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • Purple Onions
  • Red Bell Peppers
  • Green Bell Peppers
  • Olive Oil
  • Slap Ya Mama
  • Shredded Lettuce Blend with (purple cabbage and carrots)
Directions:
  1. Add Olive oil to a skillet.
  2. Brown the beef shaved steak. The steak is thinly sliced so don't overcook. Approximately 5 - 8 minutes.
  3. Season with slap ya mama.
  4. Push the meat aside and saute the veggies on the other side of the skillet. Until tender.
  5. Mix veggies with steak.
  6. Top with Shredded Mozzarella Cheese. Cover with lid to melt cheese or add to oven on broil.
  7. Heat flour tortilla on the stove in a skillet or use a convection oven like we do. Toast for 1 - 2 minutes.
  8. Time to build taco. Flour tortilla, shredded lettuce, Steak and cheese with veggies, Pico de gallo and fresh cilantro. Finish with Cilantro Cotija.
  9. Enjoy.
