- Soft & Fluffy Flour Tacos
- Cilantro Cotija Dressing
- Chopped Cilantro
- Pico de Gallo
- Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- Julienne Purple onions
- Julienne Red Bell Peppers
- Julienne Green Bell Peppers
- olive oil
- Slap Ya Mama or Seasoning of Choice Season to taste
- Shredded Lettuce with Carrots and Purple Cabbage
Beef Shaved Steak Tacos
Ingredients:
- Soft & Fluffy Flour Tacos
- Cilantro Cotija Dressing
- Chopped Cilantro
- Pico de Gallo
- Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- Purple Onions
- Red Bell Peppers
- Green Bell Peppers
- Olive Oil
- Slap Ya Mama
- Shredded Lettuce Blend with (purple cabbage and carrots)
Directions:
- Add Olive oil to a skillet.
- Brown the beef shaved steak. The steak is thinly sliced so don't overcook. Approximately 5 - 8 minutes.
- Season with slap ya mama.
- Push the meat aside and saute the veggies on the other side of the skillet. Until tender.
- Mix veggies with steak.
- Top with Shredded Mozzarella Cheese. Cover with lid to melt cheese or add to oven on broil.
- Heat flour tortilla on the stove in a skillet or use a convection oven like we do. Toast for 1 - 2 minutes.
- Time to build taco. Flour tortilla, shredded lettuce, Steak and cheese with veggies, Pico de gallo and fresh cilantro. Finish with Cilantro Cotija.
