Brie Grilled Cheese
There is nothing like a good grilled cheese with soup. The grilled cheese completes this dish. I made two versions of the grilled cheese, one with mozzarella and brie cheese for my kiddos. This makes the grilled cheese extra gooey. For my husband and I just Brie cheese. The Brie cheese alone is perfect.
  1. Use softened butter and spread butter on the outside of the bread.
  2. Slice the Brie cheese into slices.
  3. Add slices to one side of the bread.
  4. Place the other bread on top.
  5. Heat a skillet with butter and add sandwich once butter is melted.
  6. Brown on both side.
  7. Cut in half. Serve while hot. Perfection.
