Lemon Blueberry Smoothie

Not a breakfast eater, but need to put something in your stomach. This smoothie is the perfect choice. Super easy to do.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup Blueberries
  • 5 oz Lemon French Style Yogurt OUI by Yoplait
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 tsp Black Chia Seeds
  • 1/2 tbsp Stevia Ketose Sweet Liquid
  • 1 tbsp Lactaid Milk
  • Ice

Notes

Directions:
  1. Add all of the ingredients (except the ice) to the blender.  Choose the Smoothie option.  When the smoothie ingredients are completely blended.
  2. Add Ice.
  3. Serve immediately.
