Lemon Blueberry Smoothie
Not a breakfast eater, but need to put something in your stomach. This smoothie is the perfect choice. Super easy to do.

- 1/2 cup Blueberries
- 5 oz Lemon French Style Yogurt OUI by Yoplait
- 1 Banana
- 1 tsp Black Chia Seeds
- 1/2 tbsp Stevia Ketose Sweet Liquid
- 1 tbsp Lactaid Milk
- Ice
Directions:
- Add all of the ingredients (except the ice) to the blender. Choose the Smoothie option. When the smoothie ingredients are completely blended.
- Add Ice.
- Serve immediately.
