Big Mac Inspired Salad

Who doesn't love a Big Mac? This is a Big Mac inspired salad.

Ingredients
  

  • 3 lbs Angus Beef
  • Garlic Powder Season Generously
  • Onion Powder Season Generously
  • Paprika Season Generously
  • Worcestershire 4 big dashes
  • Slap Ya Mama Season Generously
  • Romaine Lettuce
  • 1 cup Mayo
  • 1/2 cup Ketchup
  • 1/2 cup Sweet Relish
  • 1 tsp White Vinegar
  • 1 hand full Cilantro
  • 2 pinches Salt
  • 2 pinches Black Pepper
  • Sesame Seeds
  • Cubed Cheese
  • Sliced Pickles
  • White Onions slivers

Notes

Ingredients for the Dressing:
  • Mayo
  • Ketchup
  • Sweet Relish
  • White Vinegar
  • Cilantro
  • Salt
  • Pepper
Directions:
  1. Add all ingredients for the dressing to the blender.
  2. My blender has a feature for dressings so I chose that and it blended all ingredients together.
  3. Pour into a mason jar or jar with lid.
  4. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
 
Ingredients for Meatballs:
  • Angus Beef
  • Paprika
  • Slap Ya Mama or seasoning of choice
  • Onion Powder
  • Garlic Powder
  • Worcestershire
Directions for meatballs:
  1. Add Ground meat in a bowl and season with Slap Ya Mama or season salt. Season Generously.
  2. Add Garlic Powder.
  3. Add Onion Powder.
  4. Add Paprika.
  5. Add Cilantro.
  6. Mix well together.
  7. Make small - medium bite size meatballs.
  8. Add meatballs to a non-stick pan.
  9. Broil meatballs in a 550 degree oven for 13-18 minutes depending on size.
Build Salad:
  1. Remove dressing from the refrigerator. Shake. Put aside.
  2. Layer bowl or plate with shredded romaine lettuce or lettuce of choice.
  3. Dip Meatballs in Dressing.
  4. Top Meatballs with sesame seeds.
  5. Add Sliced pickles.
  6. Add Cubed Cheddar cheese.
  7. Add Slivers of White onions.
  8. Drizzle additional dressing on the salad if needed.
