Ingredients
  

  • 2 Green Apples Sliced
  • Peanut Butter
  • 4 Rice Cakes
  • 1 Cup Blueberries

Notes

Simple to build your Rice Cake Tower:
  1. Remove Rice Cakes from the package.
  2. Slice the Apples
  3. Rinse Blueberries
  4. Start with Rice cake on the bottom.
  5. Spread peanut butter on top of the rice cake.
  6. Place 3 sliced apples
  7. Add peanut butter on the bottom and top of the next rice cake.
  8. Add apple slices.
  9. Repeat 2 more times.
  10. For the last layer. Smooth peanut butter on top with 2 apple slices and finish with blueberries on top.
Perfect afternoon snack!
