Crustless Pizza is a healthier alternative to eating pizza.

- 4 oz Spicy Chorizo Slices
- 4.5 oz Boar's Head Turkey Pepperoni
- 4.5 oz Boar's Head Pepperoni
- Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese Generous amount
- 14 oz Prego Pizza Sauce
- Pam Olive Oil Spray
- Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 8 inch Cast Iron Skillet
- Julienne Purple onions
- Diced Green Bell Pepper
- Smoked Paprika
- Dry Oregano
- Dry Basil
- Pizza Seasoning
Cheesy pizza is my favorite. Though the Pizza was Crustless, it didn't lack the cheesy goodness we all love about Pizza.
Ingredients:
- Spicy Chorizo Slices
- Turkey Pepperoni
- Pepperoni
- Mild Cheddar Cheese
- Prego Pizza Sauce
- Pam Olive Oil Spray
- Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- Cast Iron Skillet
- Purple Onion
- Green Bell Peppers
- Smoked Paprika
- Dry Oregano
- Dry Basil
- Pizza Seasoning
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Spray the Cast Iron Skillet with Pam Olive Oil Spray.
- Heat the Pizza Sauce before adding to the skillet. This will reduce the cooking time.
- Add the Pizza Sauce to the skillet.
- Top the Sauce with Mild Cheddar Cheese and Mozzarella Cheese.
- Top the cheese with Turkey Pepperoni, Pepperoni and Chorizo.
- Add Smoked Paprika, Pizza Seasoning, Oregano and Basil.
- Add the Purple Onions and Bell Peppers.
- Bake for 15 - 20 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
- Yum. Enjoy!
