Located in Lakeland Village in Cypress, TX, L3 Craft Coffee is one of the best places to work undisturbed.
As I entered into the coffee shop, I really liked the simplicity of the decor and color scheme. The blue accent wall really stood out.
L3 has a very simple menu. Coffee, Tea, Sandwiches and Pastries. They take pride in their coffee and are very knowledgeable about coffee.
I’ve been to L3 a few times so I will share what I tried each time.
Caramel Lattes are my favorite. So I tried L3’s Caramel Latte, the latte was perfect. No need to add sugar. The coffee had a nice punch with simple latte art.
The Artisan hot chocolate at L3 is really yummy. Rainy and cold days are the perfect days for Hot Chocolate. Creamy goodness.
There is a drink called the 1885 I have to try this one next time! This drink is a twist to coffee. A unique mixture of bottled 10-2-4 Dr. Pepper, vanilla syrup, & a double shot of espresso on ice. Sounds so good.
L3 also has a variety of Teas to choose from. Lemon ginger, peppermint, super fruit tea and more.
I tried two different sandwiches at L3. From the Morning Bite menu, the Gobble – The – Egg, Smoked turkey, egg, & Swiss cheese with garlic aioli. The sandwich was good but just too simple. Nothing special about it, forgettable.
L3 has a Food for Thought Menu which is their lunch menu. I decided to try the Fruitful Open Top sandwich. This sandwich included fresh grapes and soft brie pieced together with Dalmatia fig spread.
A really creative and delicious sandwich. The brie paired perfectly with the grapes and fig spread. I was concerned that the texture would be weird, but the sandwich was good.
L3 Craft Coffee is in a great location. The staff is strictly about business and they get the food and drinks out very quickly. The atmosphere is welcoming and comfortable. I love that there are a few different seating options to chose from. They also have games and color sheets if you bring the kiddos which is nice.
Overall, I love this coffee shop. I like the location, the atmosphere, the drinks. I think the food options could be better but hey that’s just me. Adding Salads and soups as a menu option would be my recommendation.
It is a spot that I go often and I have a seat I sit in every time. It’s conveniently located near my home which is great for days I want to work away from home.
L3 Craft Coffee shop are experts in coffee. Serving Drip Coffee, French press, Nitro Brew Chemex, Aeropress and more. Offering freshly roasted beans and a variety of teas.
In addition L3 has pastries and baked goods available as well. They also have tasting classes that will help you understand the difference in bean origins and brewing techniques, similar to how someone could appreciate the differences in wine. I will definitely attend this soon.
