A few months ago, I was contacted by this company to test out their 7-Inch Santoku Chef’s Knife. When the knife arrived, I was so excited.

It was nicely packaged.

As we opened the packaging, we immediately noticed the wooden box that the knife was in. So nice. Perfect for storing your knife.

The day the knife arrived, I had already decided what I was cooking. The knife was perfect for that day, because I was cooking stuffed bell peppers.

As I grabbed the knife, I immediately noticed that the grip on the knife was awesome. The knife blade was sharp and had a great cut! Easy to use.

“The knife that arrived was a 7 inch Santoku Chef’s Knife. The knife is a Kamikoto knife. I took some time to work with the knife and I must say it is a well constructed knife. A knife that even over time has continued to work well.

A great knife for cutting, chopping, prepping, a really good knife.

One of the items I prepared was a pineapple burger. The knife was perfect to cut the pineapple as well as all the toppings for the burger.

The grip is really good on the knife. The blade has remained sharp even after a few months of use.
