Growing up in Louisiana we ate Fish on Friday every week.  When we eat fried fish tartar sauce is a must have condiment.  We didn’t have any bottled tartar sauce left from the last time we cooked fried fish. So I decided to make my own with the ingredients I had on hand.

A new collaboration means a new recipe. The Chimes Lafayette

Recently I took a day trip to Lafayette to celebrate my birthday with my grandma. We share a birthday and I couldn’t miss celebrating with her. She’s 93, WOW! What a blessing.
