Fish Sandwiches are one of my favorite ways to eat fish. There are a few places locally that I love to eat Fish Sandwiches. Every fish sandwich should consist of good bread, a delicious condiment, crispy fish, crispy pickles, lettuce, tomatoes.
I picked up a new condiment the NEW Jalapeno Mayo from McCormick. This mayo is so good! Only a few simple ingredients made this delicious fish sandwich. So good!!

Easy Crawfish Étouffée

It’s officially Crawfish season. Me like many others, I love when Crawfish season comes around. I want all things Crawfish. One of the easiest things to cook is Crawfish étouffée. I have a few versions of my étouffée. But I took a shortcut with a product from Slap ya Mama called their Cajun Étouffée sauce. These étouffée sauce makes it so easy for anyone to make Crawfish étouffée. I added a few extra things to mine but it’s delicious as is. @slapyamama

Box Combo at Home

When you hear the word Box Combo, what comes to mind? For me it’s Raising Canes. I love Raising Canes. For those who don’t know Raising Canes originated in Baton Rouge, LA. Now I have to say, Canes is better in Louisiana than here in Texas. That’s my opinion and I’m sticking with it.

Though I love Canes, I don’t eat it often. One day, I was craving it and decided to make my own version at home.  This meal was a hit with the entire family. Much cheaper than picking this up at Raising Canes.
