My husband and I love doing fun things together.  We have learned that in marriage you need to find time to play together and enjoy one another’s company away from the kids. You are stronger for your kids when you are connected and loving one another.

We decided to check out Topgolf Houston – Katy.  This has been something we have wanted to try for a long time.

As we entered the parking lot, we noticed that the lot was packed!  It was a Friday evening and seemed like everyone had the same idea as we did.

After we reserved our hitting bay, we walked around and checked out the shopping area.

Topgolf has about 100 + climate controlled hitting bays.

After about a 25 minute wait our hitting bay was ready.

There was a guy that guided us to our bay as well as help us get all set up.  He was very thorough and explained himself well.

I loved the views from our bay. You could see everything.

My husband went first and showed me how it was done.  He is good at everything, but his first swing wasn’t too pretty.  LOL!  But I enjoyed a good laugh the first few hits.

But after a few hits, he nailed it.  He started whipping my butt!  I didn’t do terrible, but it took me a minute to get the hang of things.

When your name pops on the screen, you grab the club of your choice.

Stand on the putting area.  Wave your club in front of the automatic ball release. The ball comes out, you place it where it needs to be. Decide where you want to hit the ball.

And SWING and watch where your ball lands.

It was so fun and there is no other person I would have loved to go with than with my guy.

We are looking forward to bringing our kiddos and friends who may come to town.

I love that everything is in one spot. Fun, Food and Comfort.

The seating area was comfortable and relaxing.  There was over 200 HDTV’s in the place.

We decided to order a few menu items to try.  Topgolf Houston – Katy offers a full service restaurant and bar.

Free Wifi to keep you connected to your social media.

I ordered a Strawberry Lemonade to drink. So yummy.

We also had the Loaded Cheese Fries with bacon, cheese and fresh jalapeños.

Yummy goodness. The perfect Fri-Yay Fries! So good.

My husband ordered a dessert.  He wanted something cold.  The Ice Cream Sundae was the perfect choice.

The dessert included, vanilla bean ice cream, rich chocolate sauce and crushed candied pecans.  So yummy.

I loved how it was presented!  A cool metal style ice cream tin.  Such a good treat.

Overall we loved our experience at Top Golf Houston – Katy.  A fun evening of golf, laughs and good food.

The food was good and the service was spot on.

The Topgolf menu items varies from appetizers, to salads, to handhelds, drinks and desserts. A variety of items to choose from.
