My kids would eat pasta everyday if I would let them. They love pasta.
It was kid’s choice night at our house and of course pasta was one of the suggestions. I decided to try something different with my Chicken Alfredo.
Simple ingredients doesn’t mean the meal has to be boring.

A few weeks ago my friend and I had a wonderful lunch at Lazy Dog.
Lazy Dog has such a cool vibe, with amazing food and an awesome outdoor space. @lazydogrestaurants
It was so great to catch up and enjoy some delicious food. @aislerunners

📷: Blackened Chicken Bowl, chicken breast, rice, cabbage, avocado, black beans, hatch chiles, jack + cheddar, salsa, cilantro, tapatio crema. Really good option for lunch.
My friend had the Nashville Hot Portobello. Wow. This one was impressive.

It’s crazy what one day can do. I’m so happy to hear that many Texans have their lights back on.
This Winter Storm has been a lot to deal with. From the rolling blackouts, to no water, to extreme cold 🥶 temperatures and so much more.
Continue praying for one another Texans as we continue to make progress! So thankful for God’s protection over us. We’ve got this and this too shall pass.
