As the New Year is approaching, I’m reflecting and praising God for the many opportunities that He has allowed me this year. Also thanking Him for the adversities, because I know that it’s only developing me into what He has for me in the future.
One of the things I do every year is a Vision board. Last year we started doing this as a family with our kids.
I believe that we should teach our kids how to dream big. How to set goals for themselves in life and what they need to do to acquire those goals.
For my final blog of the year, I’m sharing more on this and what you need if you want to do this for yourself or with your kids.
I believe that we should Dream Big. I learned at an early age that Dreaming Big is a must! I have always set goals and wrote down dreams since I was a teenager. I saw many things come to past that I wrote down and prayed over.
My husband and I raising are kids to do the same. Last year we started a tradition with our kids, completing vision boards for ourselves as a family.
I purchased everything we needed like the boards, clip art, scissors, thumb tacks, etc for us.
We laid everything out on a table and prepared our boards.
It was so much fun. As we are preparing to do it again this year with our kids, I thought I would share what we used for our boards and how they turned out last year.
Looking at our kids faces light up as they put their dreams and goals on a board was amazing. It is also a blessing as they see these things come to past that they prayed about and worked hard to achieve.
Remember it’s never too late to make a vision board. Get it done before the end of January so you can set yourself up for success for the upcoming year.
You have time. It’s never too late. Get it done by the end of January. Having a physical reminder that you can look at daily to keep you on track. It also feels good when you can add a date on the side of each goal/desires that you reach.
Many people have been talking about manifesting this is a great way to manifest.
