Mondays are busy evenings for us as a family. Both of our kids are generally at practice. Which means we either eat out or I prepare quick meals. If you’ve been following me any length of time, then you know I am not big on eating fast food. I am a firm believer that you can prepare meals at home that are quick and yummy. I call it Fast Food at Home! This week’s 30 minute or less meal is Spicy Meatball Subs.
This meal consist of only a few ingredients. Prepared in 20 minutes. This is a meal that everyone in the family will enjoy.
With Summer time right around the corner I would save this one!!
