Oxtail stew with Egg Noodles

Here are the simple steps to this amazing dish.
Oxtails- 2 packs – 2-3 lbs
Onions – 1 diced or chopped
Bell Pepper – Red or Green
Celery – 2 stalks diced or chopped
Carrots – 2-3 diced or chopped
Mushrooms – 2 hands full, clean and cut
Tomato Sauce – 3 Cans – 15 oz
Beef Broth 2 – 32 oz
Red Cooking Wine
Slap Yo Momma – varies depending on your spice level
Bay Leaves -2
Parsley _ varies depending on your preference
Garlic Powder – varies depending on your preference
Onion Powder – varies depending on your preference
Petite Diced Tomatoes – 1 Can
Water – 1 Cup
Egg Noodles – 1 pack boiled according to directions on the package
Chives – diced or chopped for garnishment
Other options- Can be served over rice, garnish with parmesan when served over noodles.
Step 1: Brown all veggies except mushrooms
Step 2: Brown Meat – 2 packs
Step 3: Add seasoning Slap Yo Momma, Garlic powder, Onion Powder. Amount may vary depending on you.
Step 4: Add 2 beef broth, 1 cup of water, 1/4 cup cooking wine. Cook down for about 10-15 minutes low/medium.
Step 5: Add 2 bay leaves, 3 cans of tomato sauce 15 oz, 1 can diced tomatoes.
Step 6: Cook on low about 1.5 hours. Meat should be almost falling off the bone and tender.
Step 7: Boil noodles in a separate pot. Follow directions on the package.
Step 8: Serve Oxtail Stew Over Egg Noodles. Other options may be Rice.
Step 9: Garnish with green onions and chives. Optional: Parmesan cheese. Add your choice of Garnishes.
