I recently had to bring my car in for maintenance. The service department is always amazing and they provided me a loaner car to go run my errands and grab a bite to eat.
After running my errands, I was looking for a brunch spot. I stumbled upon Doux Cafe. Doux Cafe is a cafe that specializes in Savory & Sweet Waffles & Crepes. Serving up Gelato and Lavazza Italian Coffee as well.
As I entered the cafe, it was a cute, simple cafe but the gentleman working was very welcoming. Though he appeared to be shorthanded he was very attentive to each patron.
I ordered a Doux Caramel Latte. The latte was made with Lavazza Italian coffee. A smooth cup of coffee.
Doux Cafe is most known for their waffles and crepes. I tried the Wildberry Waffle. The Wildberry waffle is a buttery waffle topped with fresh berries, drizzled with raspberry jam.This waffle was superb. The waffle was buttery and tasty. I loved the fresh berries and raspberry jam. So good. Quite a delicious brunch item.
Overall, I think that Doux Cafe is a really good spot for breakfast, brunch/lunch spot. They also serve dinner as well.But I have to be honest the wait was a bit longer than usual. There were a few people that left due to the long wait.The food was worth the wait for me. But it’s important to be aware of the time that it’s taking to get the food out.
In addition to the waffles I tried, be sure to try their Crepes, Smoothies, Tea, Iced Coffee and Bagels.
