Growing up in Louisiana, we ate Cabbage often. Cabbage is really good for you. Offering a source of Vitamin C, source of Vitamin K, improves digestion and much more.

So today’s recipe is a Bacon and Cabbage Instant Pot Recipe.

Only a few simple ingredients:

  • Instant Pot
  • Onion
  • Red and Green Bell Peppers
  • Celery
  • Small Cabbage
  • Olive Oil
  • Smoked Paprika
  • Tony Chacheres
  • Bacon slabs
  • Salt
