Directions:
  1. Cut the chicken wings into flats or wingette, drumette, tip.
  2. Season the chicken with Tony Chachere's or season all of choice.
  3. Season with onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, black pepper.
  4. Drizzle a good amount of Sriracha on the wings. Mix together. Set aside.
  5. Preheat the Air Fryer.
  6. Before placing the wings in the Air Fryer, Spray Pam Olive Oil on the air fryer basket. *Note the wings will have to be prepared in batches in order to evenly cook. Placing too many wings in the basket will change the cooking time and wings won't cook evenly.
  7. Press the chicken setting on the Air fryer. Set to 400 degrees for 15 - 17 minutes. (About 11 wings per batch).
  8. While the wings are cooking, in a bowl mix together the white sauce, parsley flakes and 1 - 2 tsp of Cayenne Pepper. Set aside.
  9. When the wings have cooked for about 10 minutes. Remove and toss in the white sauce mixture.
  10. Return to the air fryer for 5 - 7 minutes.
  11. Carefully remove the wings.
  12. Garnish the wings with a little drizzle of the white sauce mixture and fresh parsley. Serve with Celery and carrots sticks and potatoes of choice. I prepared Air fryer potatoes.
  13. Enjoy.
