I do love making my own Pop-tarts. I recently created a new one that I tested on my family. My Lemon Blueberry Pop-tarts. Instead of my normal Puff Pastry for the Pop-tarts, I used the Wick's World class Pie crust. Wick's Pie crust are not just for pies, but for pop-tarts. @wickspies

Fridays are normally my husband and I’s Date night. Some weekends our daughter has Volleyball 🏐 tournaments which causes us to pivot our dates.

I prepared a delicious Steak dinner for us at home and boy was it so good!!

Today on the blog, I am sharing a few of my favorite items Comfy slippers, a simple hot chocolate recipe and pajamas.

We are officially in the routine of School and Volleyball 🏐🏐 Season.
On Game Day nights we either eat out or prepare meals that are quick.
My kids love fish sandwiches. This easy guilt free fish sandwich is one of our go to’s.
Made with Gorton’s fish fillets. Gorton’s crunchy breaded, flaky, wild caught Alaska polluck fillets with Panko breading is the perfect choice for a quick and easy fish sandwich.
It’s a good source of protein and omega-3’s.
