Strawberries are my favorite fruit of all.  The season is here for the best fruit created, in my book.  Celebrate Strawberries, the best produce of the season with Whole Foods Market.

I am collaborating with Whole Foods Market and creating a few dishes with Strawberries.

My family and I headed over to Whole Foods Market on Sunday to pick up the items I needed for the food creations and the photo shoot.

Below is a video of some of the products that I picked up.

We had a blast creating this video.

I arrived home and I was ready to put together a few quick and easy drinks, a dish and a dessert.

Tea is one of my favorite things to drink around this time of year. Whole Foods Market had a Texas Poteet Strawberry White Tea. I decided to make a nice refreshing drink. Super easy, crushed ice with the juice of a 1/2 of lemon and a strawberry on the rim for garnish and a slice of lemon in the glass. Quick and easy.

Whole Foods Market carries a Gluten free Brownie Mix.  My daughter is allergic to wheat so this was a perfect option.

I followed the instructions on the box. I also incorporated a few diced strawberries within the batter mix. I added the diced strawberries right before adding to the baking pan.

Chocolate is so tricky when baking and you don’t want the brownie to dry out. I recommend checking the brownie about 10 minutes before it’s time to remove from the oven.  Bake longer if not completely cooked.

I allowed the brownie to cool for about 15 minutes. Below is the finished product. A little something special.

I layered a few pieces of brownies on top of each other. Then topped with Halo Top Strawberry Ice Cream.  Garnish with whipped cream and fresh strawberries on the side. Oh my word, so good!

For my main dish, I created a Grilled Chicken & Strawberry Salad.  Season your chicken breast with your spices of choice. I combined my secret spice blend and seasoned my chicken. Cover and return the chicken to refrigerator for about 40 minutes.

Broil the chicken for about 20 minutes or until 165 degrees internal temperature.

Remove from the heat. Allow to rest.

I assembled my salad with mixed greens, walnuts, sliced strawberries, feta cheese, purple onions and a Blush Wine Viniagrette.

Top the chicken with the sliced chicken or if you prefer chicken chunks.

This salad was superb!

I washed it all down with a Strawberry Sparkling Water iced in the freezer until serving. Garnished with lime.  I added chopped Strawberries to the drink.

Easy ways to add Strawberries to any meal or drink you are preparing.

No dinner is complete without beautiful flowers for the table.  Whole Foods Market had a beautiful selection of flowers.
