Wild Alaskan Company shipped me a box of seafood. The box included Sockeye Salmon, Pacific Cod, Wild Alaska Polluck, Coho Salmon and Halibut.
I had the opportunity to prepare several dishes with the Seafood and I was really impressed with the freshness of the seafood.
Here are a few of the dishes I prepared:
Polluck Ceviche
Smoked Sockeye Salmon Bagel
Grilled Coho Salmon brushed with a Spicy Soy Glaze with Roasted Cauliflower Steaks.
Ritz Cracker Crusted Fried Cod Fish Sandwich
As you can see that the creations are endless. I will be sharing the recipes for all of these in the near future on my blog.
Wild Alaskan Company has a few different plans to choose from. The box is delivered monthly. You choose the type of fish you would like delivered.
So for example, one box option is the Wild Salmon box. Wild Alaskan’s signature box features 6-ounce portions of wild salmon — such as sockeye and coho.
With the option of a 12 pack of fish or 24 pack.
My thoughts on Wild Alaskan Company is IMPRESSIVE. The fresh seafood was packaged well. Delivery was simple and easy. The seafood was so fresh. From the Cod to the Salmon to the Polluck and much more.
Each dish was so good. The seafood was easy to create with, I would definitely order seafood from Wild Alaskan Company. I promise you won’t be disappointed.
