This sandwich is my take on the Rueben Sandwich but with a twist.

With Sauerkraut flavors like Roasted Garlic, Beet Red and Gnar Gnar just to name a few.

In addition, Cleveland Kitchen has a line of dressings and sauces. The line of dressings are brand new. The dressing also include fermented vegetables. With tangy dressings that will light up your taste buds.

I will share more on the dressings in a later blog post. As well as a few other recipes coming soon.
