Pizza is a lot like Tacos, the variations of toppings are endless. From fruit to vegetables and meat options. Not to mention the different sauce options that there is to choose from. Let’s not forget the cheese options that there is as well.

Let me just get this out of the way, I don’t believe fruit belong on a pizza. I have a friend who will argue me down about this. It’s my opinion and I am sticking with it.

I love Pizza like most Americans. I can eat pizza weekly if I would allow myself. But unfortunately, I do not. It’s only on occasion.

Recently I tried a different approach to building my Pizza, A Crustless Pizza. That’s right you heard me. No Crust. All the normal toppings I love without Crust.

This was my first time making my pizza this way.  So let’s check out how I made it and how it all turned out! Let’s GO!

Cheesy pizza is my favorite. Though the Pizza was Crustless, it didn't lack the cheesy goodness we all love about Pizza.


  • Spicy Chorizo Slices
  • Turkey Pepperoni
  • Pepperoni
  • Mild Cheddar Cheese
  • Prego Pizza Sauce
  • Pam Olive Oil Spray
  • Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • Cast Iron Skillet
  • Purple Onion
  • Green Bell Peppers
  • Smoked Paprika
  • Dry Oregano
  • Dry Basil
  • Pizza Seasoning


  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Spray the Cast Iron Skillet with Pam Olive Oil Spray.
  3. Heat the Pizza Sauce before adding to the skillet. This will reduce the cooking time.
  4. Add the Pizza Sauce to the skillet.
  5. Top the Sauce with Mild Cheddar Cheese and Mozzarella Cheese.
  6. Top the cheese with Turkey Pepperoni, Pepperoni and Chorizo.
  7. Add Smoked Paprika, Pizza Seasoning, Oregano and Basil.
  8. Add the Purple Onions and Bell Peppers.
  9. Bake for 15 - 20 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
  10. Yum. Enjoy!
