Super Bowl is always a big deal in our house. We normally have a Super Bowl party, but it’s been a few years. Simply because we have moved, relocated and still getting to know people.
But we also noticed, people here aren’t into football like we are. Kind of crazy right??
Anyway, party or not we always cook for Super Bowl.
Yesterday we had church, so we decided to still cook, but we took a few short cuts.
The drink of the night was the new Mountain Dew, Major Melon.
We pulled out some of our decorations and set-up our table. Parties are our thing, so we always have decorations on hand.
The only thing we were missing was our back-drop.
On the menu:

A simple menu, but very delicious and easy to do. There is nothing wrong with short-cuts if you know what you are doing.
We didn’t buy any desserts, but my hubby made Rainbow chip mini cakes. Oh man so good. His cakes were so moist.
Today’s recipe is my Instant Pot Meatballs & Sausage.
