Last weekend my family came to visit. With Covid-19 they weren’t able to visit us much. Thankfully all of them have been vaccinated and we are officially done with our vaccines as well.
They came in on Friday and stayed until Sunday.
Family time always make my heart full. There is just something about family. They help refresh and leave us ful.
Laughing, reminiscing, bonding, cooking together and so much more is what our time is usually filled with.
I wanted to share some of our delicious food dishes that we made.
Friday night we had homemade Lasagna. My uncle loves Lasagna. The Lasagna was superb.
Saturday Morning we had a Brunch spread filled with Eggs, Bacon, Sausage, Waflles and Fruit.

The waffle maker is by Cuisinart. The maker has the Waffle plate and the pancake plate. I love that. Because sometimes my kids each have a different request. This makes brunch prep easier.
There is also a griddle for eggs. How easy is that. Minimal dishes.

Saturday afternoon we had a Louisiana Crawfish Boil. Man was it so good!
Crawfish, Potatoes, Corn, Sausage, Shrimp, Pig Feet, Mushrooms and Brussels Sprouts with my Homemade dipping sauce.
What a fun afternoon of chats, cool weather and time together.
I am looking forward to many more gatherings with my family.
