Are you looking for something fun to do with the family that’s inside? Check out Popfancy Dessert Bar. My crew and I visited this really cool spot recently.
Popfancy Dessert Bar is a really cool concept. The theme of the dessert bar changes every month. This month is Magical Wanderlust. Based off of popular Novels like Chronicles of Narnia, Harry Potter, Nutcracker and a few others. The menu has something for everyone.
A limited themed menu. The menu options were so creative. It was a cool, family friendly atmosphere that both of my kids loved.
As we walked in you were immediately whisk away into winter wonderland.
The decor was very festive.
The menu is in view overhead as you wait in line. We began perusing the menu and settled on a few things before we reached the counter.
We decided to do lunch and dessert.
For lunch we ordered the Feast of Kings. Swedish meatballs with mashed potatoes and cranberry sauce and broccoli.
My husband and son loved the meatballs.
We also tried the Feast of Fools. This was a Broccoli cheddar soup with bacon. Served in a bread bowl. This soup was superb. The bread was fresh and perfect for dipping.
My daughter and I loved this one!!
To drink our son ordered the Grinch’s Heart. He wanted the gummi bear cup so we upgraded his Grinch’s heart to the gummi bear cup
The grinch’s heart drink included pineapple ginger ale with green apple sherbet sea-foam and crystal boba and cherry heart. Really good.
Our daughter ordered the Snowman’s hot tub. Really cute hot chocolate idea. Love the way it was served.
We also tried the Sugar Plum fairy. This dessert included strawberry ice cream, berry sauce, fresh strawberries, sugared cranberries, strawberry KitKat and strawberry wafer. Really cool drink and very tasty.
This spot has a really cool concept. The magical wanderlust is perfect for the holidays.
Overall we loved it. It was really cool. Everything was tasty. It’s not a big place so be prepared to wait depending on the time you arrive.
A few tips arrive early to beat the line. If you are able to, make reservations. We arrived 15 minutes before opening time and were one of the first ones in line.
Also sit close to where the items come out at, because the effects of the drinks only last a few seconds so if you want to get a good shot of the desserts sit close by.
The holiday themed pop up is until January 2nd then it will have a new theme.
