The McRib sandwich from McDonald’s was a popular sandwich when I was a teenager and it still is even now. For those who may not remember this sandwich was a bbq rib sandwich with pickles and onions. People would go crazy for this sandwich. It could be because it was only for a Limited Time offer.  The sandwich is available each year in November. Every time this sandwich is available people go crazy.

These Ribs were baked in the oven. I slow-cooked the ribs in the oven.
