As a recipe creator, I am always creating new recipes. Recipe creating and cooking can be time consuming. I am always looking for shortcuts when creating recipes. I recently worked with a new company, Cass Caps

“CassCaps™ allow you to measure spices straight from the bottle in 1/4 tsp increments! All you have to do is flip the bottle, twist, and done. Repeat twist as necessary to attain the desired measure.  You can also just sprinkle to taste with the built-in sprinkle feature”!

The 6 pack includes:

  • 6 Black Patented Cass Caps 2.0
  • 6 High Quality 4 oz. Glass Jars
  • 6 Pre-printed, 1.5″ round waterproof ingredient labels
  • 6 Pre-printed rectangular waterproof ingredient labels
  • 12x Blank 1.5″ round waterproof labels
  • 12x Blank rectangular waterproof labels
  • 1 Quick Transfer Funnel
  • 1 48-400 spare simple cap
  • 1 Marker Pen for Blank Labels

I used the Cass Caps to organize my spices. I love that there are labels already preprinted for some of the most used Spices. Some of the Spices I use often are Cayenne, Onion Powder, Smoked Paprika, Cajun Seasoning, Italian Seasoning and Parsley.

Check out some of the photos I took of Cass Caps. In addition, here is my most recent recipe using Cass Caps.

It was so easy to use while making this Citrus Herb Shrimp.

Air Fryer Citrus Herb Shrimp

  • Peeled and Deveined Shrimp (1 bag)
  • Onions (1/2 onion, thinly cut)
  • Thyme (5 sprigs)
  • Lemon Olive Oil (2 – 3 tbsp)
  • Butter (2 tbsp)
  • Season with Cajun Seasoning, Onion Powder, Parsley, Smoked Paprika

Directions:

  1. Drain the Shrimp.
  2. Add to a bowl.
  3. Drizzle with lemon olive oil.
  4. Season the shrimp generously with onion powder, cajun seasoning, parsley and smoked paprika. Stir.
  5. Cut the thyme.
  6. Add in the thyme. Stir.
  7. Add in the onions. Stir.
  8. Add the shrimp and onions to the air fryer. I have a dual basket. So half in each.
  9. Set the air fryer to 350 degrees.
  10. Set the time for 10 – 12 minutes.
  11. Shake halfway through.
  12. Serve

Shrimp baked potato which is what we did. Delicious.
