I’m back with another 30 minute meal or less. Butter chicken is something that I love to eat at Indian restaurants. I’ve never made it from scratch. But Patak’s makes a delicious sauce in the jar. Really good.

For those who may not know, Butter chicken is a northern India dish that consist of a rich, tomato-based curry with chicken. This dish is often served with rice, flatbread, or cucumber salad.

I prepared this quick, tasty meal in 20 minutes that my entire family loves. @pataksusa
