Spaghetti-O’s is such a nostalgic meal. We grew up eating this as kids. I created my own version of this to serve my kids. Simple and easy to make.
Ingredients:
- Pre-made Homemade Italian meatballs
- Midtown spicy arrabbiata pasta sauce 24 oz – 2 jars
- La Molisana circular pasta – shop here
- Fresh basil – for garnish
- Fresh Parmesan to grate – grate desired amount on top
Directions:
- Put a pot of salted water on the stove to boil. Drop the pasta once the water is boiled. Boil according to package. I boiled about 15 minutes then drained.
- Take the homemade meatballs and split each meatball into 4’s. Roll back into a mini meatballs. Set aside.
- Set air fryer or convection oven to 500 degrees on air fryer setting. Air fry for 8-10 minutes or until browned.
- While the meatballs are cooking, heat up the sauces in a pot. Optional add in Italian seasoning.
- Mix in the pasta in the sauce.
- Add in the meatballs.
- Plate the pasta.
- Top with basil and fresh parmesan.
- Enjoy.
