Spaghetti-O’s is such a nostalgic meal. We grew up eating this as kids. I created my own version of this to serve my kids. Simple and easy to make.

Ingredients:

  • Pre-made Homemade Italian meatballs
  • Midtown spicy arrabbiata pasta sauce 24 oz – 2 jars
  • La Molisana circular pasta – shop here
  • Fresh basil – for garnish
  • Fresh Parmesan to grate – grate desired amount on top

Directions:

  1. Put a pot of salted water on the stove to boil. Drop the pasta once the water is boiled. Boil according to package. I boiled about 15 minutes then drained.
  2. Take the homemade meatballs and split each meatball into 4’s. Roll back into a mini meatballs. Set aside.
  3. Set air fryer or convection oven  to 500 degrees on air fryer setting. Air fry for 8-10 minutes or until browned.
  4. While the meatballs are cooking, heat up the sauces in a pot. Optional add  in Italian seasoning.
  5. Mix in the pasta in the sauce.
  6. Add in the meatballs.
  7. Plate the pasta.
  8. Top with basil and fresh parmesan.
  9. Enjoy.
