We traveled quite a bit over Spring Break. Man was it nice to get back out there and travel again.
Our family had a blast at the Gaylord Texan Resorts. I have lots of cool content coming of our stay.
During our visit in Grapevine, TX I found this neat Coffee house called Re:Defined Coffee House .
Re:Defined Coffee House is serving up Gourmet Coffee and espresso drinks and much more in a Bohemian & Industrial style atmosphere.
The space in Re:Defined Coffee House is very welcoming. An atmosphere of come in and stay awhile. I was sad that I didn’t have time to stay awhile.
But I picked up a few items for our trip back home after an awesome stay at the Gaylord Resort that is within 10 minutes of this coffee House.
For my husband, I ordered the Sparkling Pink Champagne Tea. This tea was one of the Spring Drinks that Re:Defined was offering.
The tea was a cold drink that was very refreshing.
Our son is an oatmeal man, so I ordered the Bob Red Mills Oatmeal with apple pieces and cinnamon for him. Easy Peasy and he loved it.
Baby girl loves Kolaches. They had Bagel Dogs which is similar, so I ordered one Asiago bagel dog for her and the Everything Bagel dog for her dad. Delicious.
I ordered a Salted Caramel Latte with Oat Milk. Oh my goodness, so good! The Latte was really good. The coffee shined through.
One of the best Lattes that I have ever had and I’ve had my share.
Re:Defined serves a variety of items from pastries to teas, french press, pour overs, espressos, breakfast and lunch options, brew kits, customized shirts, hats, cups and much more.
In addition, Re:Defined has gluten free options which I think is awesome!
Overall, we enjoyed our items that we purchased. I took the items to go, so I can’t really speak on how it is to dine there. But I can say that the service was good. The person who took my order was friendly and helpful.
My order was ready fairly quickly.
The coffee house was visually really pretty. I loved that there is a variety of seating options. Places to sit if you want to be private and alone. Space to sit with your friends and chat for hours. Spots to sit and people watch. Yes people do that. Anyways, just kidding, back to my closing.
Re:Defined is definitely a spot to stop in if you are visiting the Grapevine area. A must if you stay at the Gaylord Texan Resort. Stop in and enjoy a cool atmosphere with some delicious coffee.

The Hours of Operation are Monday – Thursday 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. and Friday – Saturday 7:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
