I’m not a big sandwich eater but when I do crave a sandwich an Italian Sandwich is one that I want to eat.
I recently tried Mt. Olives Vidalia Onions for the first time. If you have followed me any length of time you know that I am a big fan of @mtolivepickles
The onions was the perfect addition to my sandwich. The Sweet and tangy onions added an additional depth of flavor.

New on the blog, Floyd’s Mount Belvieu. My grandma and mom were here visiting a few weeks ago. We stopped in for lunch.
Floyd’s is a Cajun Seafood restaurant that reminded us a lot of some of the delicious food we would often eat in Louisiana.

I’m a bit of an overpacker. There have been times that I’ve had to remove items In the airport because my bag was over and I didn’t want to pay the extra fees.

If I’m traveling with my husband he usually carries some of my stuff in his bag.

Well this past trip, I didn’t have to do that. I could even carry my hats without the risk of damage or my hats getting smashed.

Before we left for our vacation, My husband surprised me with a new Away Large expandable suitcase.

I’ve wanted one for a while but didn’t want to spend the money on it. Oh but what a sweet surprise. This AWAY bag is worth every penny.

Not only did all my items fit, it made maneuvering through the airport easily. The new expandable suitcase has great features.

Some of my favorite features are the interior compassion system that allows you to pack more, the suitcase is durable, water resistant with a nylon exterior, an easy access front pocket for your laptop and the hidden laundry bag to keep dirty clothing separately is a win win! The away bag has this and so much more.

MOOR is a sailboat themed eatery that serves local cuisine and seafood.
With vibrant flavors.

Spent the day at Cypress Springs Water Park yesterday with my family. Such a fun day.
The Cypress Springs Water Park is a Family Water Park located in the Gaylord Palms Resort.
Their multi-level treehouse is a kids dream. With squirting cannons, four water slides, beach style pools with basketball area. In addition they have a flow-rider which is a wake zone.
Gaylord Palms recently added A new Action River, a lazy River.

We loved the water park. A great place to hang out as a family.

White beans Wednesday just got a whole lot better. Yes I know it’s a day early but that’s ok.
Adding a little something special to my basic White beans dish.

I typically use hot sauce in my white beans for a little heat. But instead I am adding Sam’s Fresh Salsa to this dish. The Salsa Verde is spicy and adds umami to an already delicious dish. @samsfreshfood
