During the week it’s a constant challenge for me to make myself eat breakfast. I’ve always been this way. I don’t eat breakfast often during the week so smoothies are my go to during weekday mornings.
Last week I created a new Smoothie that I absolutely love. A Lemon Blueberry Smoothie. Only a few simple ingredients for this delicious and creamy smoothie. Not to mention it’s healthy.
Ingredients:
- Fresh Blueberries
- Oui by Yoplait Lemon Yogurt
- Milk
- Black Chia Seeds
- Ice
- Banana
Lemon Blueberry Smoothie
Not a breakfast eater, but need to put something in your stomach. This smoothie is the perfect choice. Super easy to do.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Blueberries
- 5 oz Lemon French Style Yogurt OUI by Yoplait
- 1 Banana
- 1 tsp Black Chia Seeds
- 1/2 tbsp Stevia Ketose Sweet Liquid
- 1 tbsp Lactaid Milk
- Ice
