Pizza is one of my favorite things to eat. Unlike most people, I don't necessarily have a favorite one. I love trying new Pizza toppings from restaurants as well as at home.
I recently played around with a new Pizza, Chicken Caesar Pizza. This Pizza was inspired by one of my favorite Cookbooks, What's Gaby Cooking?
I saw this Pizza and decided to my quick version of it.
It's a simple pizza with very few ingredients.

- For an additional layer of cheesy goodness. Add grated Parmesan.
- Finally a few more squirts of Caesar dressing. So yummy!
